"I’ve been working with Sandra from Joes office to get homeowners insurance on my new build. If you’re familiar with the process it is very fast moving and they need documents quickly to close. Sandra has been very prompt and worked directly with my mortgage broker to get premiums sent to them for my loan. I also have other policies with State Farm but I decided to shop around for homeowners insurance. They were by far the cheapest by about $100/mo but with more coverage. Highly recommend."
